Like most local plumbers, MainLine lived or died by the first page of Google during an emergency, and they weren't on it. Their old site was a single slow page with no service detail, no local pages, and no trust signals. When a homeowner's water heater fails at 9pm, they call the first credible result. MainLine wasn't it.
