CalDesign is a web design and development agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when using this website or contacting us. You can reach us at info@caldesign.co.
2. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The service you are enquiring about
- Your approximate budget range
- The message you write to us
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via analytics software. These are processed in aggregate and are not used to identify you.
3. How we use your data
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have expressed interest, to send you a project proposal. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted. If we enter into a client engagement, project records are retained for 7 years in line with applicable accounting and tax requirements.
5. Third party processors
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (US) under a data processing agreement. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics 4. Both processors are covered by appropriate data transfer mechanisms.
6. Your privacy rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format

7. Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
