How quickly will you respond?
Every message is read by a real person. You'll hear back within 24 hours, often the same day. If your project is time sensitive, mention it and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Do I need a fully formed idea?
Not at all. Some of our best projects started with nothing more than a problem to solve. Send us what you have, even a few sentences, and we'll take it from there. The first conversation is just about understanding your situation.
What does working with CalDesign actually look like?
We keep things simple. After an initial call, you'll receive a clear proposal outlining scope, timeline, and cost. Once we're aligned, we work in close collaboration with you throughout, no black boxes, no surprises.
What if my budget is smaller than you'd normally work with?
Be upfront about it. We'd rather have an honest conversation early than waste anyone's time. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and, where we can, point you in a useful direction.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, around 40% of our clients are based outside the US. We work across time zones using async communication and scheduled video calls, so location is rarely an issue.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
